Instructions for Using Hankel Water-Based Undercoat
- Before applying the undercoat, remove any unnecessary parts and thoroughly clean dust and grease.
- Cover areas that do not need coating with nylon tape.
- For new vehicles, clean off the protective wax.
- For old vehicles, inspect and remove rust with a wire brush.
- Shake the solution well before spraying.
- Use a spray gun with a pressure of 3 to 5 bar.
Notes When Spraying Hankel Undercoat
- Do not spray onto engine joints, transmission systems, exhaust systems, or brake systems.
- After applying the undercoat, clean the spray gun with water to prevent clogging.
