Gen 2100 Primer Grey

Gen 2100 Primer Grey is a specially formulated primer for Nax WB water-based paints, enhancing adhesion and providing a smooth base for topcoat application.

Mixing Ratio

For a 4L batch of 2100 Primer Grey:

• 4 parts Gen 2100 Primer Grey
• 1 part Gen D20 Hardener
• 15-20% Nax Premila 500 Standard Thinner

• Nozzle Diameter: 1.4 - 1.8mm
• Air Pressure: 1.7 - 2.2 kg/cm²
• Recommended Number of Coats: 2-3
• Film Thickness: 40 - 50 microns
• Time Between Coats: 2-3 minutes at 25°C
• Drying Time Before Topcoat Application: 10 minutes at 25°C

Sanding Time

• 20°C: 30 minutes
• 30°C: 60 minutes
• 40°C: 40 minutes
• 60°C: 20 minutes
• Infrared Drying: 4-8 minutes

• Apply primer to a clean, dry, and sanded surface.
• Maintain a consistent spray distance and overlap to achieve uniform coverage.
• Allow primer to dry completely before applying topcoat.
